Dr. Fridtjof Hanson is a retired cardiovascular surgeon and lifelong horseman from New Zealand

Berlin, Germany (Weltexpress). Hanson had started to use the crossunder bitless bridle the previous year for hunting and endurance racing and he shared with me some new ideas, based on his experience. In 2014, he undertook to train one of his endurance horses in the crossunder bridle in order to make possible a pilot research project at Massey University Veterinary School in New Zealand.
