Rulers from Paris and Berlin at Augustusburg Palace engage in horse-trading over war for plunder in the struggle for raw materials

Frankfurt am Main, FRG (Weltexpress). With tremendous force, human beings subjugate other human beings and nature. WELTEXPRESS has repeatedly pointed out that wealth and religion marched hand in hand in this domination of man and nature.

In a state of capital like the FRG—which has existed as a vassal state of the USA (with the UK in tow), has long been a multi-ethnic state undergoing systematic demographic transformation (a process spanning decades rather than just years), and is, moreover, an apartheid state and a warmongering state—the old religion has been displaced by new substitute religions.

The stupefied masses of this earth are no longer told what to think and how to act—and required to affirm this with an expression of assent (such as “so be it,” “this is true,” or “this holds good”)—merely on Sundays in church; rather, they are told this always and everywhere. For this purpose, there exist not only formal educational institutions—ranging from primary and lower-secondary schools to intermediate and upper-secondary schools and universities—but a multitude of other “schools” as well. These include kindergartens and preschools, as well as evening classes and adult education centers. Yet “schools” are not limited to institutions bearing that name; they also encompass the home, the radio and the “tube,” advertising pillars, posters and placards, newspapers and magazines, books and the theater, and—since 1989—the Internet (or World Wide Web), or indeed the ARPANET, which dates back to the 1960s and 70s. As is well known, four so-called university computers in the USA were interconnected in 1969 on behalf of ARPA (now DARPA). That, however, is merely an aside. All these schools are instruments of power and domination, with the family and the state being the most potent authoritarian systems that typically produce subjects. Exceptions prove the rule. Through all these institutions, people are shaped—and even reshaped—much like nature itself. These various “schools” mold not just individuals, but entire societies. Thus, upbringing and education extend far beyond the nursery and the classroom. Yet, few—like us at WELTEXPRESS—ask questions such as: How does an opinion form in the mind? How does a mindset take shape?

Since the spring of 2004, we have focused not only on the relationship between wage labor and capital but also on the interplay of power (domination), manipulation, and the media.

In doing so, we have reported on “creative” versus “predatory” capital—a distinction made by some—as well as on productive capital, commodity capital, and money capital, alongside merchant capital, loan capital, and fictitious capital as derivative forms of industrial capital. I should also mention that some WELTEXPRESS authors poke fun at the cranks and fools who prattle on about “human capital” and the like; nor should I fail to note that capital originates not in trade, but in exploitation. To be clear: this refers to the exploitation of human beings by other human beings, and of nature by humanity.

Two states of capital—the truncated “Lesser German” entity known as the FRG and the enlarged West Francia (also known as France or the French Republic)—intend, according to statements made yesterday in Paris and Berlin, to “deepen” their cooperation. The context here was the 26th Franco-German Council of Ministers at Augustusburg Palace in Brühl, where the focus was on the fact that demand within the event—characterized as the single market of the EU bureaucracy—continues to wane amidst a surplus of the commodity known as “labor,” while the supply of raw materials continues to shrink.

It goes without saying that capitalists who grasp the situation—and can explain it to themselves and their peers—not only want to change these conditions but are able and entitled to do so. To put it plainly: both productive capital and predatory capital are making a run for it. Ever-increasing assets are being withdrawn from Germany and France—nations that still form the foundation of the EU bureaucracy in Brussels (supplying the fancy officials on the one hand and the cash on the other). This applies equally to sites of production and distribution. It is no wonder, then, that there is talk of deindustrialization.

Less industry—coupled with the fact that the shrinking industrial sector relies more than ever on machines to replace human mental and manual labor—means fewer wage earners. For what remains, owners representing foreign bourgeois interests appear in greater numbers than ever; their presence is touted as a gain for the region—a supposed equivalent to the loss of jobs, for instance. True enough: the imagination of the mad knows no bounds, and their believers are legion.

An increasing number of production and distribution sites are being closed in the FRG and the French Republic. More and more executives in corporate leadership are relocating production and distribution to other nations. Ownership structures within corporations are also undergoing massive changes. In a growing number of corporations in the French Republic and the FRG, ownership is changing hands; owners from the bourgeoisies of foreign nations are taking over corporations from owners belonging to the bourgeoisies of the FRG and the French Republic.

One may consider this right and important, or wrong and bad; however, denying it is as absurd as denying the fact that not only wage laborers save money but capitalists do too—and, since someone has to incur debt, the capitalist states are doing so more than ever.

Yet, it seems that—above all—Christians, Social Democrats, Greens, and high earners associated with the FRG’s established cartel parties fail to grasp a key point: while the FRG must incur massive debt, allocating those funds to war represents the most extreme form of “dead capital”—or, at the very least, destructive capital. The duped masses of the French Republic are going along with this, too. The reason is simple: in the struggle for cheap raw materials, the bourgeoisies of these states would otherwise be left completely behind. Naturally, the bourgeoisies of the FRG and the French Republic are waging war for oil, but also for gas, uranium, and so forth. Furthermore, in the future, the bourgeoisies of the FRG and the French Republic will wage these wars less as vassal states of the USA (with the UK in tow) and more independently of them. The elites understood this long ago.

The wage laborers of the state- and capital-controlled “gap-and-lie media”—presstitutes and keyboard hacks, advertising whores and trend-whores, moronic bloggers and “influencers” (a term that sounds like a disease)—have been chattering and scribbling for days about “more cooperation—especially in defense” (Source: Tagesschau / ARD, July 17, 2026). The plain truth: The vassal force known as the Bundeswehr—which the FRG (a state that not only pays tribute but is also compelled to provide troops to the Atlantic military alliance, where they must obey the orders of US generals) is required to field—is permitted to observe serious war exercises conducted by the French armed forces. Joachim-Friedrich Merz (CDU)—liar, fraudster, multimillionaire, and “war chancellor”—put it this way: “We are embarking on a new, joint path regarding nuclear deterrence,” a path that entails “German conventional forces participating in a nuclear exercise by the French armed forces” before the year is out.

Experts and critics alike know that the FRG—that state of capital—will gain neither power nor command over the *Force de dissuasion nucléaire* (known as the *Force de frappe*), no matter how much Berlin begs or pays. The powers-that-be in Paris understand the reality: the FRG is a vassal state of the USA—with the UK in tow—and is in a state of decline. That is how it will remain. AfD members and voters can play Rumpelstiltskin all they like—dancing around the fire and spouting slogans—but it changes nothing. Sovereignty over weaponry and classified information never existed, and sovereignty over the currency was lost long ago.

When it comes to the exploitation of people and nature—the sole topic of discussion at Augustusburg Palace in Brühl—the FRG is falling further and further behind.
