Indians are supposed to build and pay for a dam in Afghanistan

Kabul, Afghanistan (Weltexpress). Today, an agreement was signed with the Government of India for the construction of the Shatoot Dam.

The dam, located southeast of Kabul, will be completed in six years at a cost of 5 million. The cost will be borne by the Government of India. Although the construction of dams is a settlement of the government and the people, so far the Afghan government has not been able to do anything for the development of agriculture, while the lands and mountains of Afghanistan are naturally good if not from the government.

Take good care of it. It is not far off that not only Afghanistan will be home- grown but we will also have exports to foreign countries.
