Kabul, Afghanistan; Doha, Qatar (Weltexpress). The Afghan delegates escorted by Dr. Abdullah Abdullah chief of high council, the minister of foreign affairs Hanif Atmar and some other high-ranked officials have arrived Qatar, Doha, for intra-Afghan negotiations.
They will celebrate the initiative of talking in Sheeratoon hotel in which the Taliban and America had signed the peace agreement.
The setting hall has been organized beautifully and there are chairs specified for the members of both sides. Hope this peace talking meets its targets because most of the people are really looking forward to it and is a milky cow for all of them.
