Paris, French Republic (Weltexpress). The enlarged West Frankish Empire, which calls itself the République française (French Republic), is economically and politically bankrupt. Without German money or the money created out of thin air by the ECB, the bourgeoisie in this broken state of capital and the zombie corporations based in this bankrupt centralised state ruled from Paris would have been finished long ago. Experts and critics know that the so-called Greek bailout packages, supposedly a response to the Hellenic Republic’s sovereign debt crisis, were in fact a rescue of bankrupt Paris. They also know that this merely bought time for capitalists and the bourgeoisie.

Paris can only be saved if the EU bureaucracy is transformed from a quasi-confederation of states into a federal state, meaning that the Germans, who are still part of it, will not only be asked to foot the bill, but will also be held fully liable and completely defeated.

Officials of the government of the enlarged West Frankish Empire have now confirmed on their home page on the World Wide Web that François Bayrou, as head of government or Premier ministre de la République française, has submitted his resignation to Emmanuel Macron, Président de la République française and Co-Prince of Andorra. ‘On 9 September 2025, Prime Minister François Bayrou submitted his government’s resignation to President Emmanuel Macron, who accepted it. The Prime Minister and the members of the government will remain in office until a new government is appointed,’ the statement said.

Bayrou recently left the Élysée Palace and returned to his residence at the Hôtel Matignon. According to BFMTV, the Prime Minister plans to host a farewell dinner on Thursday afternoon, after which a formal handover can take place, transferring powers to a new Prime Minister, whose name the Élysée Palace plans to announce ‘in the coming days’.

Yesterday, Monday 8 September 2025, the majority of members of the French National Assembly withdrew their confidence in the government following Bayrou’s keynote speech, in which he referred to the economic crisis resulting from rising public debt. Bayrou also defended a plan he had presented in July 2025, which envisaged cutting government spending by almost €44 billion by 2026. Experts and critics know that these cuts will not save the enlarged West Frankish Empire. The bourgeoisie of the enlarged West Frankish Empire can no longer afford wars against the Russians and other peoples of the world.
