Berlin, Germany (Weltexpress). The states participating in the European Union (EU) have adopted the 19th sanctions package against the Russian Federation (RF). The decision was announced by, among others, the demagogue and warmonger Katja Kallas.

Kallas announced on X (23 October 2025): ‘We just adopted our 19th sanctions package. It targets Russian banks, crypto exchanges, entities in India and China, among others. The EU is curbing Russian diplomats’ movements to counter the attempts of destabilisation.’

The EU states are not only opposing the RF, but also the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and the Republic of India, also known as Bharat.

According to Katja Kallas, the 19th sanctions package, also referred to as a catalogue of penalties, is directed ‘against Russian banks, crypto exchanges’ in the RF ‘as well as companies’ in the PRC and the Republic of Bharat. Restricting the freedom of movement of RF diplomats is also a punishment in the war waged by the warring states of the USA and the UK, together with their vassal states, especially in Western Europe, against the CIS in general and the RF in particular.

Ursula von der Leyen, a Christian and warmonger who heads the EU Commission, which is being transformed from a quasi-confederation of states into a federal state, also announced that, as part of the penalties or sanctions, measures will be taken against the RF’s gas industry for the first time.

Experts and critics point out that EU states would thus be sawing off the branch on which they sit. With all the sanctions and the war waged by the US, the UK and their vassal states against the CIS and the Russian Federation, the Federal Republic of Germany would be the biggest loser.
