Basel, Swiss Confederation (Weltexpress). Anyone who regards the Swiss Confederation as a so-called ‘neutral’ state is either stupid or malicious. At the very least, those who learnt Latin should know where the term comes from and what it means. It is indeed true that semantics is what matters most, not syntax.

A state of capital in general, and one such as the Swiss Confederation in particular – where, even before the Banking Act of 8 November 1934, money has been laundered more thoroughly than elsewhere, especially blood money and blood gold – is anything but neutral. So-called neutrality is applied according to the ‘neither-nor’ motto when it comes to money – that is, towards banking clients from the bourgeoisie of all nations on earth – and obliges all salaried employees of a bank, under threat of penalties, to maintain confidentiality or to adhere to the ‘neither-nor’ motto. The state of capital known as the Swiss Confederation, in accordance with this motto – often referred to as the ‘neither-nor’ principle – turns no customer away. In short, the Swiss Confederation is a linchpin and a hub for the bourgeoisie of this world, organised crime, blood money and blood gold, not to mention illegal funds and tax evasion. In short: the Swiss Confederation protects pigs, big and small, at the trough, and serves dictators and cartels with the utmost hypocrisy.

Anyone who questions all this and much more – which applies to the CIS states in general and the Russian Federation in particular, but also to the BRICS states and the SOZ states – will not be treated with neutrality by the citizens of the Swiss Confederation and its leaders, but will be punished with lies and deceit, and if necessary, with war. The fact that the Swiss Confederation is a war-mongering state – as experts and critics know – is something that can hardly be explained to the brainwashed people of this world.

The so-called popular initiative ‘Preservation of Swiss Neutrality (Neutrality Initiative)’ will change nothing in this regard, nor will it alter the status of the Swiss Confederation. In other words: the result of the referendum on 27 September 2026 will be unequivocal. The majority will want the Swiss Confederation to remain a state of capital that launders money.
