Berlin, Germany (Weltexpress). Guide Michelin hosted an exquisite event in Berlin’s Motorwerk where more than 40 new star restaurants were acknowledged. The complete list of celebrity restaurants can be found in Guide Michelin Germany 2019. Filled with diverse highlights on restaurants and hotels throughout the country, the mission remains the same – you’ll receive the best information on top-addresses.

Berlin, for example – has five two-star restaurants and 17 one-star restaurants to choose from. The Michelin-Berlin Gala pointed out that more younger chefs are coming on-board with fresh trends and products.

Back to the Gala – several hundred participated in an exciting dining event with a live band and excellent wine, most notably Martin Hartweg’s (Vini del Mondo) 2016 King Magno Rosso. After delectable choices – Flying Amuse Bouche, Trüffel, vegetarian alternatives, Kabeljau – Muschel Beurre Blanc and Rinderbacke it was time to move the dessert (Pfirsich Melba from Konditoren-Weltmeister Bernd Siefert) closer to the dance floor.
The star-studded Michelin happening was pure pleasure!
